MDPI Celebrates National Productivity Week 2026 with Focus on Mindset Transformationa and Efficiency


The Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI) successfully commemorated National Productivity Week 2026 with a series of activities aimed at promoting a culture of productivity, efficiency, and sustainable development.

The celebration, held from 18th to 22nd May 2026, was organized under the theme: “Transforming Mindsets, Driving Efficiency: The MDPI Approach to Sustainable Productivity for Fairness, Economic Growth and Productivity.” The week-long celebration brought together stakeholders, professionals, and participants from various sectors to reflect on the importance of productivity as a key driver of organizational performance and national development. The activities highlighted the need for a mindset shift towards efficiency, innovation, and sustainable practices in advancing economic growth and social progress.

The celebration commenced on Monday, 18th May 2026, with a Media Engagement, creating awareness on the significance of productivity and its role in national transformation.

On Tuesday, 19th May 2026, participants benefited from a Health Screening Exercise, which emphasized the importance of employee wellbeing and healthy lifestyles as critical components of productivity enhancement.

The activities continued on Wednesday, 20th May 2026, with a Symposium, where discussions focused on strategies for improving productivity and fostering sustainable growth across various sectors. As part of efforts to strengthen service delivery.

Thursday, 21st May 2026, featured a Webinar on Customer Service Excellence, providing participants with practical insights into delivering quality customer experiences and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

The celebration concluded on Friday, 22nd May 2026, with a Get-Together, offering participants an opportunity to network, reflect on the week’s activities, and reinforce collaborative relationships. The successful observance of National Productivity Week 2026 reaffirmed MDPI’s commitment to promoting productivity-driven initiatives and encouraging mindset transformation that supports sustainable development, fairness, and economic growth.
