On July 8, 2025, an Eight-Member delegation from the Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI) met with the management of Jospong Group of Companies at the KNUST Institute of Sanitation and Waste Management in Accra. The strategic meeting explored avenues for collaboration in capacity building and consultancy services. The MDPI team was led by Mrs. Ethel Ansah Antwi (Ag. Director, Consultancy). The rest of the team members include: Mrs. Afua Caiquo Kyemenu (Ag. Director, Business Development), Mr. Isaac Odoom (Snr. Consultant), Ms. Esther Ama Kyere (Snr. Consultant/PR Officer), Mr. Eric Sarfo Danquah (Business Development Manager), Godwin Nyako (Business Development Officer), Mr. Patrick Osa Adjei (Library Manager), and Mr. Jeremiah Nii Timani Cofie (Chief Transport Officer).
The team engaged key stakeholders from Jospong, notably Brig. Gen. Mike Akpatsu (Director for Learning and Development), Mr. Jacob Ladi (Head of HR), Mr. Louis Klobodo (Head of Internal Training), and Oswald Darkeh Ayiku (Senior I.T. Officer). A PowerPoint presentation delivered by Mr. Eric Sarfo Danquah, MDPI’s Business Development Manager, laid the foundation for a subsequent dialogue which focused on talent development, knowledge transfer, and institutional growth.
Both institutions expressed strong commitment to a long-term partnership aimed at driving productivity and excellence through tailored training and consultancy. The meeting ended with a shared vision to collaborate on impactful initiatives for institutional growth.
